DigiDoc & LUM: Intraoral Tools
The DigiDoc (Intra-oral Camera) and LUM (sub-enamel illumination) is a new advanced digital diagnostic tool, which has a new liquid auto focus len, that allows us enhanced intraoral detection and instant communication and documentation for our patients.
The LUM’s specialized LED technology applies a high-intensity light source to the tooth with unique positioning so that the light is traveling perpendicular to the plane of the tooth. This will detect tooth impurities such as fractures or leaking restorations without radiation.
